You can easily donate your unused phone and charger through our convenient phone donation collection boxes.

With more donation collection points being added very soon. See the Cambridge Online website for an up-to-date list.

You can make an impact on digital inclusion. 1 device = 1 life changed.

How to donate your phone:
1) See list of phone donation collection box locations above (with links to location websites).
2) DELETE any iCloud/Google accounts BEFORE donation.
3) Place your ‘working’ phone and charger (if not needed) in the phone donation collection box.
4) Your phone is professionally erased (HMG Infosec 5 enhanced standard), reimaged, and refurbished by Sustainable Tech 4 Good.
5) Your phone is then donated to an individual in need.
It’s as easy as that!

Our impact across Cambridgeshire
We have donated 1674 devices to-date across Cambridgeshire, and counting. We have also partnered more recently with Connecting Cambridgeshire and Cambridge University Press to reach even more digitally excluded individuals and organisations, as well as businesses keen to make a impact.

Who are Cambridge Online?
Cambridge Online are a registered charity, who help people access devices (in partnership with ST4G) and the internet in Cambridgeshire, Huntingdon and Peterborough. They do this by providing safe learning spaces, access to data, access to devices, 1 to 1 support and classroom training.
