What we do
Our founder and our head engineer have been in the industry since the mid-1990s and provide highly experienced leadership in the delivery of all our services.
We supply our ST4G Tech Services via our sister company Veritas Digital Services Ltd, who are ISO9001 and ISO14001 accredited, are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office and have been approved by the FCA for data services within the insolvency sector. They maintain a £1m indemnity insurance policy.
Our VDS in-house data-erasure suite has the capacity to erase 50,000 HDDs per month. We utilise the Government standard for data erasure – HMG InfoSec 5 Enhanced, with a three-pass data erasure process. Any disk that fails due to a bad write or bad verify, even to a single sector, is deemed to have failed and is degaussed using our certified degausser (Verity Systems SV91M), or shredded for SSDs (Verity Crunch 250). We provide certification of data erasure by model and serial number, covering you for GDPR.
We are qualified experienced hardware repairers to component level. All work is carried out by our own DBS-cleared Tech Couriers/Engineers with over 30 years’ experience of repairs and recovery on data services, with secure door-to-door transport provided if work is to be done off-site.
