Our in-house data-erasure suite has the capacity to erase 50,000 HDDs per month. We utilise the Government standard for data erasure – HMG InfoSec 5 Enhanced, with a three-pass data erasure process. Any disk that fails due to a bad write or bad verify, even to a single sector, is deemed to have failed and is degaussed using our certified degausser (Verity Systems SV91M), or shredded for SSDs (Verity Crunch 250). We provide certification of data erasure by model and serial number, covering you for GDPR.

We are qualified experienced hardware repairers to component level. All work is carried out by our own DBS-cleared Tech Couriers/Engineers with over 30 years’ experience of repairs and recovery on data services, with secure door-to-door transport provided if work is to be done off-site.
