Sustainable tech 4 Good – Our Credentials
Our Credentials
We supply certificates of data erase to HMG Infosec 5 Enhanced (Department of Defence 5220.22-M) – data erase of HPA (Host Protected Area) – for all storage, by serial number, with a three-pass data erasure process. Any disk that fails due to a bad write or bad verify, even to a single sector, is deemed to have failed and is degaussed using our certified degausser (Verity Systems SV91M), or shredded for SSDs (Verity Crunch 250).
We provide certification of data erasure by model and serial number, covering you for GDPR.
We are qualified experienced hardware repairers to component level. All work is carried out by our own DBS-cleared Tech Couriers/Engineers with over 30 years experience of repairs and recovery of data services, with secure door-to-door transport provided if work is to be done off-site.
We are ISO9001 and 14001 accredited, are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office and have been approved by the FCA for data services within the insolvency sector.
We maintain a £1m indemnity insurance policy.
All tech is covered by our Sustainable Tech Quality Guarantee.
Our in-house data-erasure suite has the capacity to erase 50,000 HDDs per month
JUST OVER 67% OF DATA LOSS IS CAUSED BY HARD DRIVE CRASHES OR SYSTEM FAILURE
We have successfully recovered data from all different types of devices, running all major operating systems, utilising all forms of digital storage media
Hard Disk Drive Destruction & Recycling
We use a combination of degaussing, crushing and shredding to physically destroy redundant hard drives – recycling components with over 98% recovery and 0% to landfill
Secure Data Destruction
We destroy data securely and permanently, preserving hard drives intact for redeployment and reuse. This is not only environmentally responsible, it also makes sound financial sense
Professional Data Recovery
We help people recover from unexpected data loss – ranging from individuals, who have lost precious photographs, to FTSE 100 companies that have lost business-critical data
Forensic Data Recovery
Veritas Forensic-Light® is an affordable forensic solution designed to support insolvency companies, by forensically recovering data on all tech storage, from mobile phone to networking and datacentre
